ASX Year 2000 Disclosures

In August 1999 ASX wrote to listed entities regarding each entity's potential exposure to Year 2000 computer problems. Information was requested so that ASX could be satisfied that entities were meeting their continuous disclosure obligations under ASX listing rule 3.1. Listed entities were requested to provide that information by 30 September 1999. As at 31 August 1999 there were 1261 listed entities (note that exempt foreign issuers and debt issuers were not required to comply) on the Official List. A reminder letter was sent in mid-September 1999. The entities listed below did not provide the information sought by 4 October 1999.
