ASX: Retirement And Appointment Of Managing Director

Further to the announcement made on 23 April 2004, ASX advises that Mr Anthony D’Aloisio has been formally appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer effective from 11 October 2004. Mr Richard Humphry will formally retire on 10 October 2004.
