ASX: Resignation And Appointment Of Company Secretary

Following the recent restructure, ASX advises that Anthony D’Arcy has resigned from the position of Company Secretary to take up the position of General Counsel within the company. Giri Tenneti has also resigned from the office of Company Secretary.

Christine Jones has been appointed as ASX Company Secretary. Her title is Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Lyn Nikolopoulos will continue to act as Deputy Secretary of ASX.

Ms Jones is a solicitor, admitted in 1985. She has been employed by the ASX Group since 1990 and held positions including advising on the legal and regulatory framework for CHESS, Manager and Company Secretary of the Securities Exchanges Guarantee Corporation, Manager of the Market Law and Policy Group and most recently, General Counsel of ASX.

Christine Jones and Lyn Nikolopoulos will be the persons nominated under listing rule 12.6 for communication with ASIC with regard to listing rule matters.
