The following results of the Annual General Meeting of ASX Limited held on 30 September 2009 are provided in accordance with listing rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act, 2001.
Accordingly Messrs Roderic Holliday-Smith and Peter Warne, and Ms Jillian Segal AM were re-elected and Mr Peter Marriott was elected to the Board.
