ASX: Completion Of The Restructure Of The National Guarantee Fund

On 15 February 2005, ASX announced proposed changes to the administration of the National Guarantee Fund (NGF) for clearing risk. This restructure was subject to the completion of a number of steps.

ASX is pleased to announce that those steps have now been completed and that earlier today, the Australian Clearing House received a payment of $71,488,687 from the NGF as provided for under s891A of the Corporations Act.
