ASX Chief Integrity Officer

This is to advise that after more than ten years, Karen Hamilton will be leaving the ASX. Karen has, for some time, wished to take some time out from corporate life and pursue other activities (including writing a novel!). From a personal and family point of view, she feels this is a good time to do so.

Mr Tony D’Aloisio, Managing Director and CEO would like, on behalf of the Board and senior management team, to wish Karen well and thank her for her commitment and enormous contribution to ASX over her many years of service. Karen’s departure date is 31 December 2004.
