ASX Limited (ASX) advises that Timothy Swan has been appointed as a Company Secretary of ASX effective 16 March 2023.

Johanna O’Rourke continues as a Company Secretary of ASX and remains the person responsible for communications with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission in relation to listing rule matters.
