Euronext Athens, following today’s meeting of the Listings and Market Operation Committee:
a) confirmed that all listing requirements were met and approved the listing of the shares of CAPITAL MARITIME FINANCE CORP. (ISIN: MHY1114L1074) on the Main Market of Euronext Athens, are met, in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 4 of Law 3371/2005, subject to the following conditions approval of the Prospectus by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and achievement of the adequate free float of the company's shares, according to the relevant provisions of the Euronext Athens Rulebook.
b) approved the application of VERALLIS S.A. (ISIN: GRS575003009) for the admission to trading of its shares on the Shares Segment of EN.A. Growth of Euronext Athens.
Trading of the shares will commence on Friday 9 October 2026.
