Following today’s session of the Listings and Market Operations Committee, Euronext Athens confirmed that all listing requirements for the dual listing of the shares of Star Bulk Carriers Corp. (ISIN: MHY8162K2046) on the Main Market of Euronext Athens, are met, in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 4 of Law 3371/2005, subject to the approval of the Prospectus by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
