Armajaro the global commodities and financial services group, today announced the appointment of Michael Hutchinson as Non-Executive Director.
Mr. Hutchinson was Chairman of RBS Sempra Metals Limited until October 2009, which he joined in 2002 as President and Chief Executive Officer. He was Chairman of Wogen PLC, the physical trader of off-exchange metals, from July 2008 until October 2009, and was a Director of the London Metal Exchange (LME) from 1990 to 1996 and from 2004 to October 2009.
He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enron Metals Limited, London from 2000 to 2002 and Chief Executive Officer of Metallgesellschaft PLC, London from 1999 to 2000 and Chief Executive Officer of Metallgesellschaft Limited, London from 1994 to 1999.
Mr. Hutchinson will join Metalloyd as a Director in November 2009 to lead the London-based iron ore and steel trading company's move into futures trading.
