Arabia Investments Holding (Demerging Company) And Arabia For Investment And Development (Spun-Off Company) To Remain In EGX Indices Following The De-Merger

With reference to the de-merger of Arabia Investments Holding Co. into 2 companies; namely, Arabia for Investment and Development (spun-off company) & Arabia Investments Holding (demerging company) and given that Arabia Investments Holding Co. is currently one of the constituents of some EGX indices, which are EGX35-LV index, EGX70 EWI, EGX100 EWI & Sectoral Index of Non-bank financial services sector.
 
Arabia for Investment and Development & Arabia Investments Holding will be maintained as constituents in said indices as per the indices methodology starting Sunday, 10th of August 2025 trading session.
