BME Approves The Distribution Of A €33.3 Million Interim Dividend On September 9 - It Represents A Gross €0.40 Per Share

BME today agreed to distribute on September 9 its first interim dividend against 2011 earnings for a value of €33.3 million, that is, €0.40 per share.

This dividend represents the same amount than that of the first interim dividend paid in September 2010.

BME’s pay-out in 2010 came in at 86%, one of the highest ratios among listed companies and among its sector peers.
