IXcellerate Moscow One, Russia’s premier carrier-neutral data centre operator is pleased to announce that Peter Cladingbowl has joined the company as Senior Technology Adviser.
Peter was formerly Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations Support at Interxion, a leading European carrier-neutral data centre operator, where he oversaw the exacting standards-based design, build, operation and ongoing maintenance of Interxion’s 34 European data centres, and the continuing development of the company’s pan-European footprint and services.
Peter has 15 years’ experience in the telecoms and data centre industry. Previous to Interxion he worked with Global Crossing, where he was vice president IT EMEA and then the EMEA VP of operations.
In his advisory role at IXcellerate, he will be assisting IXcellerate’s Operations team in developing its Moscow One campus and in the selection process for Moscow Two.

In addition to his time in data centres and telecom, Peter has spent six years in manufacturing and supply chain management and four years in the offshore oil industry.
He is a graduate in engineering from the University of Cape Town.
