Appointments And Re-Appointments To Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission Advisory Committee

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the appointments and re-appointments by the Financial Secretary of members to the SFC Advisory Committee for two years from 1 June 2013 to 31 May 2015 (Note 1).

"I am delighted to welcome the six new members of the Advisory Committee, who will play an important role in advising the SFC on policy matters with their significant expertise and experience. I look forward to the continued support and advice of the six re-appointed members," said Mr Carlson Tong, the SFC’s Chairman.

"I would also like to thank the outgoing members for their invaluable contribution to the Advisory Committee," Mr Tong added.
