The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) welcomes the appointments and re-appointments by the Financial Secretary of members to the SFC Advisory Committee for two years from 1 June 2021 to 31 May 2023.
“I warmly welcome the new members whom I am certain will bring their valuable insights to the committee on matters related to the SFC’s policy and market regulation. I also look forward to the continued support and advice of the re-appointed members,” said Mr Tim Lui, the SFC’s Chairman.
“I would also like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the outgoing members for their contribution to the SFC during their term,” Mr Lui added.
