According to information available to BaFin, ApolloKapital Ltd., Luxembourg, is providing financial and investment services on this website without the required authorisation.
In the legal notice on its website, ApolloKapital Ltd. claims to be a subsidiary of Apollo Investment Holdco Sarl. Here reference is also made to a commercial register number. A company called Apollo Investment Holdco S.A. is in fact registered under this commercial register number. However, it cannot be confirmed that the companies are affiliated under company law. This is likely a case of identity fraud.
Anyone providing financial and investment services in Germany may do so only with authorisation from BaFin. However, some companies offer these services without the necessary authorisation.
