Apex Group Ltd (“Apex Group”), a global financial services provider with over $3.5 trillion in assets serviced, today announced a collaboration with TeamSec to deliver integrated securitisation and tokenisation solutions for institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Through the collaboration, TeamSec’s Perfect Cube platform will be combined with Apex Group’s global infrastructure, digital asset capabilities, and operational reach across more than 50 markets. The integrated solution is designed to support the full securitisation lifecycle through a single digital environment, bringing together structuring, issuance, administration, and ongoing management within a unified operating framework.
The collaboration will also support the issuance of tokenised asset‑backed securities through the integration of compliant tokenisation technology within the Perfect Cube platform. This approach allows eligible securitised products to be represented as digital assets within established regulatory and governance frameworks, supporting enhanced operational efficiency, transparency, and where permitted, optional fractionalisation.
The partnership brings together TeamSec’s securitisation technology and Apex Group’s cross‑jurisdictional expertise, supporting scalable deployment across multiple markets. The initial deployment will focus on Türkiye, where a live proof‑of‑concept tokenised issuance is planned as an early use case. Additional jurisdictions under evaluation include the Netherlands, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Luxembourg, Ireland, Jersey, the Cayman Islands, and Singapore.

Apex Group and TeamSec have already launched joint technical and commercial workstreams and will continue to coordinate market‑specific roll‑outs.
