Antonov plc: Director's Share Dealings

On 31 May 2001 share options over the Company's shares were granted under the Antonov plc Executive Share Plan to the following directors of the Company:

• Mike Emmerson 168,475 Euro 1.07 (63.9p)*

* These options may be exercised on grant and run until 31 May 2006.

* The above details assume a Euro to GBP exchange rate of 0.598. .

Mike Emmerson has disposed of 50,000 ordinary 5p shares in the capital of the Company for a total consideration of Euros 21,630 (GBP 12,934.35). This disposal was made in order to cover certain tax liabilities arising in connection with the grant of share options and salary payments made in kind in 2000.
