Annual General Meeting Of SWX Swiss Exchange - Board Of Directors Confirmed In Full

Today's Annual General Meeting of SWX Swiss Exchange confirmed the Board of Directors in office. Yves Maas, Member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Private Banking, replaces Christoph Ammann, who is stepping down.

The Board of Directors continues to be chaired by Dr Jörg Fischer. The composition of the Committee of the Board remains unchanged, comprising Jacques de Sassure (Vice Chairman), G. Andreas Guth, Walter Berchthold and Danny Schweizer.

The General Meeting approved the annual statements of account and was informed of ongoing exchange projects.
