A dividend of NOK 26 per share will be distributed to shareholders as registered on 8 May. This represents a total payment of NOK 130 million. Shares will be listed ex-dividend from 9 May, and payment of the dividend is expected to take place on 19 May.
Mari Thjømøe and Maria Borch Helsengreen were elected as new members of the Board of Directors, and Halvor Stenstadvold was elected as Chairman. Mr Stenstadvold has been a member of the Board since May 2005. Harald Norvik had asked not to be considered for re-election following six years as Chairman. Georg Størmer and Ottar Ertzeid were re-elected as members of the Board.
Mari Thjømøe, born 1962, is member of the Executive Management with responsibility for accounting and finance at KLP Forsikring. She has a degree in business economics and is an authorised financial analyst. Until 2005, she was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations at Statoil ASA. Prior to this, she had various positions at Norsk Hydro ASA, most recently as departmental head, responsible for investor relations. She has been a board member of the Aksje Norge foundation and Chairman of the board of the Norwegian Investor Relations Association.
Maria Borch Helsengreen, born 1966, is a business development manager in the Corporate Market Division of Sparebanken Vest. She has a degree in business economics and is a state authorised public accountant. From 2002-2005 she was member of the Executive Management, Global CFO and COO of DnB Nor Asset Management, and prior to this she was a business consulting partner at Arthur Andersen. She has previously been a board member of Norsk Tillitsmann.
Olaug Svarva was not due for re-election at this year's meeting, but in view of her appointment as Head of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund – Domestic, she chose to retire from the Board with effect from this general meeting.

The Board of Oslo Børs Holding ASA was granted a mandate for the company to buy back up to 1% its own shares. This mandate was granted since the Board wishes to make it possible to implement a share purchase program for the employees of Oslo Børs.
