The amended Trading Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and the Clearing Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange have been adopted at the special members meeting of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. They are now hereby published and will take effect on the date of issuance.
