To regulate the nickel futures position transfers by overseas market participants, the Shanghai Futures Exchange has formulated the Shanghai Futures Exchange Guideline for Transfer of Positions in the Delivery Month (the Guideline), which is hereby released and shall take effect from March 20, 2026.
The Chinese version of the Guideline is available on the official Chinese website of SHFE. Please note that the English text is for reference purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency with the Chinese text, the Chinese text prevails.
