Subject to the review and approval of the first ad-hoc Members’ Assembly of Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Articles of Association of the Shanghai Futures Exchange (Revised) (the Articles) are hereby released and shall be implemented from this day of release.
The Chinese version of the Articles can be found on the Chinese website of SHFE, and the English translation is for reference only. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English translation, the former shall prevail.
