Announcement On The Release Of The “Guidelines Of The Shanghai Futures Exchange On Disposal Of Marketable Securities Posted As Margin Collaterals”

To further regulate the disposal of marketable securities posted as margin collaterals, the Shanghai Futures Exchange has created the Guidelines of the Shanghai Futures Exchange on Disposal of Marketable Securities Posted as Margin Collaterals, which is hereby released with immediate effect.

The English version of the Guidelines is available on the official English website of SHFE. Please note that the English text is for reference purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency with the Chinese text, the Chinese text prevails.
