Upon discussion and approval at the 2nd (temporary) Members' meeting of Dalian Commodity Exchange in 2025, and as approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the amendments to the Bylaws of Dalian Commodity Exchange are hereby promulgated and shall come into force from the promulgation date.
