Upon discussion and approval at the 73rd meeting of the 4th Board of Governors of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the amendments to the Blockboard Futures Contract of Dalian Commodity Exchange and the Detailed Rules of Blockboard Futures of Dalian Commodity Exchange are hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of June 1, 2026.
