Announcement On Amendments To The Trading Rules Of Dalian Commodity Exchange And Relevant Implementing Detailed Rules

The amendments to the Trading Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange, which have been deliberated and adopted at the 2nd Members' Meeting of Dalian Commodity Exchange ("DCE") in 2022, and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the amendments to the relevant implementing detailed rules, upon discussion and approval at the 26th meeting of the 4th Board of Governors of the DCE, are hereby promulgated and will come into effect as of September 4, 2023.
