Announcement Of The Management Board Of The Warsaw Stock Exchange Dated 8 November 2007

The Warsaw Stock Exchange informs that as of 12 November 2007 the regulations regarding calculation and publication of the NewConnect market index, NCIndex, will be changed.

In order to achieve a greater cohesion between the NCIndex characteristic parameters and the underlying market, a new base capitalisation of the NCIndex has been set. Following that assumption, the state of the market after 5 days of trading (starting from 30 August 2007) will be taken as the reference level for the base capitalisation. To maintain the index continuity, all historical values from 30 August to 9 November will be recalculated accordingly.

New index values as well as detailed information regarding the current rules of NCIndex calculation are available on www.newconnect.eu, in the “About Index” section.

Additionally, pursuant to the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange resolution dated 26 October 2007, NCIndex will be published continuously from the opening to the closing of the session – in 5 minute intervals.
