Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc. and Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. hereby announce that they have determined a merger of the companies etc., pursuant to the resolutions adopted at the companies' respective Boards of Directors meetings held today. For details, please refer to the attachment.
