Thomas Murray is very pleased to announce that Andrew Gibbons has joined Thomas Murray Data Services as Acting Chief Operating Officer. Andrew will be focusing on the operational environment including procedures and controls, new and existing product development and monitoring global regulatory and market change.
Andrew has 25 years experience in Securities Operations and until recently was responsible for all RBS' Securities Operations Globally covering Cash Trading in Equities & Securitised Products, Equity Finance & Collateral Management, and Network Management & Market Infrastructure. He previously held Operations roles with Citigroup, CSFB, and Merrill Lynch, as well as heading the Clearing and Depository division of the International Brunei Exchange, in locations including London, Asia and Australia. Previously, he has undertaken roles in Cash Management & Corporate Actions. Andy also chaired the AFME Settlement Committee and sat on both the AFME Post Trade and OMGEO Advisory Boards.
