Amsterdam Exchanges Waves Decision On Baan Company N.V.

Amsterdam Exchanges has taken notice of the update on the financial position of Baan Company N.V.. This situation qualifies Baan Company N.V. to be traded under special listing conditions.

Due to the announcement dated 31 May 2000 that Invensys plc intends to bid on all shares of Baan Company N.V. , Amsterdam Exchanges has conditionally waved a decision to place Baan Company N.V. on ‘special listing conditions’.

This is conditional upon the fact that , within a period of eight weeks, Invensys plc has announced that the bid on all shares of Baan Companyh goes unconditonal.
