Amsterdam Exchanges Waives Decision On Management Share

Amsterdam Exchanges has taken notice of the update on the financial position of Management Share. Due to the plan in progress we have presently waived a decision to place Management Share on 'special listing conditions'. This is conditional upon the fact that ultimately at the end of August Management Share can demonstrate that it has improved shareholders' equity in order that the net asset position of the company remains positive.
