- Monsignor Harris of St. Vincent's Hospital to make remarks and lead a moment of silence
- Erica MacLeod Mandell, Broadway singer, to sing God Bless America
- Amex trader Michael Pascuma, whose son was a victim of 9/11, will ring the opening bell 10 times in remembrance of the 10 victims the Amex lost that day. Other family members of Amex victims will be in attendance.
