Amendment To The Quarterly Rebalancing For S&P Global 100, S&P Europe 350, S&P Latin America 40, And S&P/ASX 50 Indices

In reference to the March 16, 2005 Quarterly Rebalancing announcement, Standard & Poor's is issuing an amended file for the Investible Weight Factors changes. In addition to the previously announced IWF changes for some of the S&P/ASX 50 constituents, this new file includes the IWF change for News Corp, a constituent of the S&P Global 100. As announced all these updates will be effective after the close of business Friday, March 18, 2005. For further information please refer to the March 16 announcement.
