Amendment Of Non-Qatari Investors Ownership Limit In CBQ To 25% Of Its Total Shares

Qatar Stock Exchange would like to inform investors in the Qatari market that the Qatar Central Securities Depository Company has amended its systems in compliance with the approval granted by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce on a resolution issued by the EGM of the Commercial Bank to amend article 13 of its Articles of Association amending the ownership limit of Non-Qatari investors to 25% of the total of the Company’s shares.

The change has become effective on Sunday 13^th April 2014.
