- AEM SPA, (Italy, ISIN IT0001233417) will replace Edison SPA (Italy, ISIN IT0003152417) in the S&P/MIB Index, following the Borsa Italiana announcement dated 26 October, confirming the number of ordinary shares tendered during the public tender offer by Transalpina di Energia srl. As a consequence, the Investable Weight Factor and therefore available market capitalisation of Edison has been reduced.
AEM SPA number of shares outstanding is 1,800,047,400, the Investable Weight Factor is 0.5248 and it will be added to the S&P/MIB GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Multi-Utilities sub-industry.
