ADM Investor Services Becomes General Clearer At The Warenterminbörse Hannover

With the start of September the Warenterminbörse Hannover (WTB) will admit ADM Investor Services International Limited (ADMISI) as General Clearer. Thus ADMISI will now be able to offer the complete clearing and settlement as well as brokerage for all WTB-products.

Market participants have already been able to trade WTB-products via ADMISI for four years. Now the range of services offered by ADMISI will be completed by direct clearing and settlement and clients of ADMISI will have a strongly improved trading environment.

"We are very pleased about ADMISI joining the WTB as General Clearer from now on. With this strong partner we will have excellent chances to broaden further our customer base" Christian Koltze, Company Secretary of the WTB said. He added: "Besides the London Potato Futures Market, the WTB is running on its electronic trading platform, spread trading is also offered between the two other Potato Futures of the WTB: Continental Processing Potatoes and German Table Potatoes."

At the Warenterminbörse Hannover (WTB), which is operating since 1998, futures are offered on agricultural products (piglets, hogs, table potatoes, processing pota-toes, London Potatoes, wheat and malting barley). Trading takes place via an elec-tronic network.
