On 25 March 2021, BaFin imposed an administrative fine amounting to 555,000 euros on ADLER Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft.
The sanction related to a breach of section 26a (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG) old version. ADLER Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft failed to publish the total number of voting rights within the prescribed period.
The company may lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
