Adjustment Of OMXH25 Index Due To The Split In Kone Oyj

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Kone Oyj decided on November 21, 2005 on a stock split. Each old share will be split into two new shares (2:1).

The split adjustment of OMXH25 index will threefold the amount of Kone Oyj (KNEBV, FI0009013403) shares used in index calculation. The new amount of shares is thus 95 927 226. Adjustment will be effective on November 29, 2005, when the first lot-sized trade is made with the Kone’s share.
