Addition Of International Power PLC (ADR) To The S&P ADR Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P ADR Indices effective after the close of trading on Monday, December 12, 2005:
  • International Power PLC (ADR) (Great Britain, NYSE: IPR, CUSIP: 46018M104, Sedol: 2622145) will be added to the S&P ADR Index to correspond with its inclusion into the S&P Global 1200 Index.

    International Power PLC is a leading independent power generation company. The number of ADRs used for index calculation purposes will be 147,260,000 while the Investable Weight Factor will be 1. The company belongs to the GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Independent Power Producers & Energy Traders sub-industry.
