Addition Of Goldcorp Inc. (US) To And Exclusion Of CP Ships Ltd. (US) From The S&P ADR Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make changes in the S&P ADR Indices effective after the close of trading on Friday, October 21, 2005:
  • Goldcorp Inc. (US) (Canada, NYSE: GG, CUSIP: 380956409, Sedol: 2676636) will be added to the S&P ADR Index to correspond with its inclusion into the S&P Global 1200 Index. The company will be added to the index with 336,300,000 shares and an IWF of 1.
  • CP Ships Ltd. (US) (Canada, NYSE: TEU, CUSIP: 22409V102, Sedol: 2793126) will be removed from the S&P ADR Index following a corresponding change in the S&P Global 1200 Index. TUI AG (Germany) recently completed its acquisition of the company.
