Acquisition Of Kinetic Partners By Duff & Phelps Has Been Completed

The acquisition of Kinetic Partners by Duff & Phelps, the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisor, has been completed.

As a result of this transaction, Duff & Phelps will form a dedicated Compliance and Regulatory Consulting Practice, based on Kinetic Partners’ recognised leadership in providing regulatory consulting and compliance counsel to the financial services industry.  Kinetic Partners Corporate Recovery, Forensic and Tax practices throughout the world will also transition to Duff & Phelps. Kinetic Partners clients will also gain from the increased bandwidth and scope that Duff & Phelps' corresponding practices have to offer.

Kinetic Partners’ Audit practice (trading as Kinetic Partners Audit LLP and Kinetic Partners Cayman LLP) is not included in the transaction and remains separate from Duff & Phelps. However, the firms will work closely to provide seamless service to joint audit, tax and/or regulatory compliance clients.

By joining with Duff & Phelps, Kinetic Partners will form part of a global firm with over 1,000 employees across 30 offices.
