ACER published today a recommendation for the adoption of the Network Code on Forward Capacity Allocation for Electricity (FCA).
The Agency acknowledges that the Network Code resubmitted by ENTSO-E on 2 April has improved in line with the amendments proposed in its Opinion of 18 December, in particular with regard to the remuneration of long-term transmission rights.
However, the Agency has still major concerns on some aspects of this Network Code, especially on the deadlines set to implement the target model and the provisions related to the firmness regime. More info here.
