The Agency has published the 20th edition of REMIT Questions and Answers, which contains the most up-to-date information concerning REMIT policy issues, as well as the sixth edition of the Frequently Asked Questions on REMIT transaction reporting.
In addition, the Agency published today an extension of the No action relief letter in relation to the ad hoc reporting of those contracts listed in Article 4(1) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1348/2014. The relief is extended at least until 31 December 2017.
