The EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) has published its eleventh Report on the implementation of the Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures for Gas, which presents the Agency’s analysis for the transmission system of Belgium.
The Report analyses the consultation document published by the Belgian transmission system operator, Fluxys Belgium. The Agency has a few recommendations for the final decision, which the Belgian Commission for Electricity and Gas Regulation, CREG, will take by May 2019. Find out more here.
