ACER And CEER Publish White Paper On Facilitating Flexibility Of The Electricity System

The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) and National Regulatory Authorities in the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) have published a Paper on facilitating flexibility for the electricity sector.

This is the third in a series of Regulatory White Papers published with the aim of deepening understanding and assisting the EU Institutions in assessing the proposals contained in the “Clean Energy for All Europeans” legislative package of 30 November 2016.

The Paper presents the views of the Agency and regulators on the European Commission’s proposals regarding flexibility of the electricity system.
