In light of prevailing market circumstances and in accordance with your ongoing continuous disclosure obligations under the applicable ADX Rules, the Exchange requests all listed companies to review their financial and operational exposure and to make immediate disclosure of any material information that may impact investors decisions.
ADX’s listed companies are reminded of their disclosure obligations and responsibility in providing timely dissemination of material information and developments, including but not limited to:
- That your company’s core business operations continue without material interruption.
- That your company’s liquidity, cash flow, and access to funding remain sufficient to support ongoing operations.
- That there are no adverse developments (financial, operational, or otherwise) that have not yet been publicly disclosed and that could reasonably be expected to affect investor decisions.
- That appropriate governance, risk management, and continuity plans are in place and readily operational.
This circular is issued in line with the Exchange Rules, which require listed issuers to provide any information necessary to ensure the fair and accurate dissemination of material information to market participants. Where no material impact exists, issuers are encouraged to confirm operational continuity in support of market transparency.
All disclosures must be filed through the ADX Disclosure System prior to dissemination through any other channel, and must be accurate, balanced, and non-misleading. All public disclosures (refer to Appendix 1) should include the following forward-looking qualifier:
