In considering the importance of disclosure, transparency of financial information, and financial statements of listed companies for the benefit of all investors and securities dealers, based on the rule (4-2) (amended regulations of ADX) and board of directors resolutions in this regard, the following requirements should be submitted to ADX:
- A reviewed quarterly financial report should be provided within 45 days from the end of any quarter along with board of directors’ report or a management discussion & analysis (MD &A) (Signed), according to the requirements and guidelines
- The listed company should provide its financial reports approved from its executive management and prepared on the basis of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- The listed company should disclose its financial statements either before or after the trading session. Also, all companies must follow the attached guidelines when preparing a board report or management report (MD&A).
For your kind attention, kindly know the importance of submitting the first quarter financial report in both Arabic and English in accordance with the Article 36 / 7 item (B) from SCA’s rules and regulations ,which obliges companies to disclose in both Arabic and English. Therefore, you are kindly requested to provide us with the first quarter financial report of this year via (E-Service) in both languages (Arabic & English).
