In its efforts aiming to develop and motivate employees and staff and to encourage them to upgrade their performance and productivity, Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) recently held a recognition ceremony to honor a group of its employees.
The ceremony was held in recognition for the employee’s efforts in facilitating the department’s work as well as their contribution in providing the best services to all ADX departments while maintaining the level of competence required in accordance with the best standards sought by the ADX.
On this occasion, Mr. Rashed Al Balooshi, Chief Executive of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange said: "This recognition ceremony is within the framework of our strategic initiatives which builds on the importance of the development of human resources to provide a suitable and enabling environment that helps achieve our overall strategy.”
“Also in our endeavors to strengthen the overall working environment in the exchange, ADX Human Resources department launched the “Teslam” initiative, which is a program to honor and motivate our hard working employees for their exceptional contributions to business excellence. The program aims to inspire and develop employees’ skills and abilities. It also aims at finding solutions and offering suggestions that cana more attractive and conducive work environment for ADX employees.” Al Balooshi added
For their part, the honorees expressed their happiness and gratitude for this gesture while thanking the management of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange for unwavering support and encouragement they receive.
