A New Organisation Structure For Borsa Italiana

One year after the introduction of its new organisation, Borsa Italiana is further improving its structure to support the Group's continuing development. The new structure will aid development and growth, the achievement of the company business plan, enhance the value of existing skills and improve further the coordination of resources, processes and activities.

Among the changes, within the LEGAL & INSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS unit, Alessandro Chieffi, head of "Listing & Legal Affairs", will coordinate legal activities and Equity Market Listing activities.

Inside the "Listing & Legal Affairs", Equity Market Listing Dept., Nunzio Visciano will manage and develop the companies' admission to listing and trading processes.

Under the ITALIAN EXCHANGE MARKETS unit, Luca Lombardo, head of "New Markets & IPO Origination" will manage and develop Nuovo Mercato and will be responsible for the creation of new markets.

In the "New Markets Development" Dept., Giovanni Sardi will be in charge of designing, developing and implementing new markets.

Fernanda Di Massa will manage and develop the Nuovo Mercato primary and the secondary market.
